This is the lesson to be learned....they sell Samsung products, however, if you need service you have to call a 800 number that sends your call to an overseas number and you can't understand them and they in turn transfer you all over the place. Then when you call Sears back, they refuse to help you and tell you to call Sears Repair and they transfer you back to Samsung. I have spent over an hour and have gotten no where. The applicance is only 31 days old and it's broken. Next time I will go to Lowes.
